Augusto Pareja
Neurologist
Dr. Augusto Pareja graduated from LaSalle University in Colombia and moved to Canada shortly after where he completed a diplomate in small/large animal internal medicine at the University of Guelph (2004). After that he worked at Burloak Animal Clinic and later managed the diagnostic imaging unit at the Mississauga-Oakville Veterinary Emergency and referral hospital from 2008-2015. He spent one year at Briarwood Animal Hospital before starting his Neurology residency which he completed at MOVEH in 2020.
After finishing his residency, Dr. Pareja completed a Fellowship in Neurosurgery at the University of Florida. Dr. Pareja has just joined our team at Burlington Vet Emergency & Referral Hospital in Burlington, ON.
